Kopanga Station Pool & Pavilion

Overview: Kopanga Station, a property steeped in New Zealand history, is owned by the chambers family and has been passed down through generations. We worked with the builders (BNL Construction And Builders) to provide a detailed estimate for the project.

Measurement: Utilized digital tools to accurately measure project quantities, ensuring precise material and labour calculations.
Labour: The labour hours were formulated based on the detailed quantity assessments.
Estimating: Developed built-up rates by integrating material costs and labour rates.
Quotes: Conducted a thorough review and analysis of subcontractor quotes to ensure competitive pricing.
Preliminaries and General: Compiled the preliminary and genaral expenses associated with the project.

Ashburton Aviation Museum

Overview: The Ashburton Aviation Museum Society Trust is planning to extend and redevelop the existing museum. Based on a developed concept design, we created a Elemental estimate for the Board of Trustees.

Key Activities:

Measurement: Leveraged digital tools to accurately quantify the elements and items involved in the project, ensuring precise cost and resource allocation.
Estimating: Developed specific rates for each element and item, including extensive research on bespoke items necessary for the museum's unique requirements.
Staging: The estimate was structured into distinct stages, facilating various budgetting options and allowing for phased implementation.
Cost Engineering: We provided design recommendations to enhance cost efficiencies, ensuring that the project remained within budget while achieving desired outcomes.
